LPG Vaporizer

Installation

• The LPG vaporizer must be firmly fixed on the solid stand or concrete foundation.


• Leave enough space around the LPG vaporizer for easy access for overhaul inspection & maintenance.


• Execute the piping works properly in conformity with fluid pressure & the piping size to protect the LPG vaporizer form overpressure.


• In case that the excess Butane contained gas is used, the gas may be re-condensed at the part of high and medium pressure piping lines at a cold district in the winter season.


• The electrical works consist of the explosion-proof works for power supply to the heater and the flexible fittings and sealing fitting must be used for connection of power supply.


• The detail works are described on the electric wiring works.

Electric Wiring

• According to the capacity of LPG vaporizer, the 2-P or 3-P cable with suitable thickness & length must be prepared.


• No Fuse Breaker(N.F.B) is needed for safe power supplying.


• The output connector of N.F.B is to be joined with the other side of prepared cable without electric power connection.


• The cover of explosion proof box on the LPG vaporizer is to be opened.


• After inputting through the connection hole under the explosion proof box, the cable has to be joined with terminal block which is located right side in the explosion proof box.


• After closing the cover, first of all, do check the LPG vaporizer whether it was filled with water or not. And then only the case that the LPG vaporizer was filled with water, the switch of the N.F.B shall be ¡®on¡¯ to supply the electric power, otherwise
  the electric power will not be supplied.


• Watching the thermometer on the LPG vaporizer, it must be checked whether
  the thermometer is working properly. Automatically the temperature is controlled from 608c to 708c by thermostats in the explosion proof box.
